A strategy execution and change-management professional with more than two decades of experience, Alison helps prestigious clients across the globe to execute strategy by getting it out of boardrooms and into the hearts, hands, and minds of all employees—especially those who are tasked with bringing it to life on the front lines. Her experiences have fostered a professional calling to help the most critical and often most neglected stakeholder group—managers—engage and inspire their teams to achieve breakthrough performance. Her clients include Novartis, Petco, University Hospitals, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Synopsys, United Rentals, XPO Logistics, Fossil, and American Airlines.
Rashel has been developing leaders for more than 15 years. She has studied at the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and coaches accordingly. She is also certified in Instructional Leadership by the University of North Texas, which is an internationally recognized school for professional educators. Rashel holds a hybrid degree in business and economics. She serves as one of Root's resident experts in tools and learning design for virtual engagement.

As a leadership development consultant at Root Inc, Jennie is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and advocating for those in manager and leadership roles. She doesn’t believe in training managers, but believes in transforming them instead. She knows firsthand how critical managers can be in executing strategy and championing change in an organization—they can be a choke point or they can accelerate results.
Jennie spent more than a decade in retail operations, leading teams and managing business functions. She has truly lived the challenges and rewards of a manager. Her success in this role came from a commitment to focusing on her people to drive business results. As her passion for leadership development grew, so did her career. Jennie transitioned to the corporate environment where she could devote her time and career to strengthening the skills of managers and leaders within several organizations. In fact, Jennie first connected with Root Inc as a client. She brings her extensive experience building and implementing creative learning and development solutions and facilitating instructor-led sessions to her role at Root Inc. Her thorough and detailed approach and dedication to quality has been the praise of both internal and external clients.
