As an organization development consultant with more than 10 years of experience, Dave is responsible for helping organizations maximize their manager capability through the delivery of Root Compass, Root’s renowned manager development program. Dave has worked with clients such as American Airlines, Owens Corning, and Honda to empower leaders to improve their team’s performance. Dave has a master’s degree in organizational development from Bowling Green State University.
Alison heads up Root’s manager development capability and the Root Compass manager development program, where she drives business development. She has a zeal for empowering and developing managers, whom she considers the biggest source of untapped potential in organizations today. Alison has worked with prestigious clients across the globe helping to scope, develop, and deliver exceptional leadership curriculums that truly drive business success.
Before joining Root, Alison was a marketing director for International Distillers and Vintners/Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo), responsible for building global equity for its multi-million-pound gin portfolio. Alison acquired a reputation and passion for creating and nurturing new brands (Archers Peach County Schnapps and Bombay Sapphire) as well as rejuvenating tired brands in difficult markets (Malibu and Cinzano).
