Jennifer Naughton is a talent development professional with more than 20 years of experience addressing a variety of human resource–related challenges. She is a senior director at ATD who oversees ATD’s Competency Model research and the CPLP certification program. Jennifer has a master’s degree in human resource development from the George Washington University. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Linda David, CPLP, CPPC, is senior project manager for CPLP Preparation at ATD. She attained the CPLP credential in 2007 and has been responsible for CPLP preparation programming since November 2012. She has over 18 years of experience in training design, delivery, management, and coaching. Linda has been with ATD for 11 years, formerly as manager, conference programming, developing the International and TechKnowledge conference education programs.
