Wei Wang
Wei Wang

Sr. Director, ATD

Wei Wang is the director of international for ATD. In this capacity, she manages ATD International strategic partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community. Wei’s other role at ATD is manager of the Global HRD Community of Practice. In this role, she supports professionals around the world in order for them to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues.

Wei holds a PhD in human resource development from the Pennsylvania State University, and a master's degree in management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Wei speaks Mandarin and English.
 


Grace Jing
Grace Jing

Project Manager, International Relations, ATD

Grace Jing is a project manager of international relations for ATD. In this role, she manages projects related to the China market, such as China marketing initiatives, education program localization, China public education program operation, and China on-site education project support. She also acts as an editor for the China market, in charge of content review.

Grace holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in China. She speaks Mandarin and English.
