Today, being a manager has become a high-risk activity for one's professional career and health. In a time of accelerated changes, paradigms are constantly being reviewed and traditional certainties are no longer valid. The same uncertainty is causing shock among teams, provoking egotism, and destroying commitment, thus creating toxic behaviors that can become extremely contagious. To counteract such toxicity, leaders must build trust among team members.

Real trust only exists when people are able to accept and show their own vulnerabilities. Leaders need a solid base of self-awareness to promote cohesion and positive attitudes. Effective leadership is rooted in authenticity, which is founded on credibility and, thus, increases trust.

During this webcast, you will learn how to empower your leadership by developing new resources based on emotional intelligence. As a result of participating in the session, you will be able to:

  • Identify genuine trust among members of a team and understand how this is connected with organizational results.
  • Discover how to foster trust in a team, and how a leader can develop the right attitude to make it possible.
  • Understand the importance of acceptance and learn several helpful methods such as articulating and normalizing.
