Christopher Henry

Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development, MGM Resorts International

Christopher Henry is the corporate vice president of talent and organizational development with MGM Resorts International, a 61,000-employee global company. In this role, he is responsible for leading the alignment of MGM Resorts' people philosophy with its business strategy. Christopher is working to accomplish this critical goal through his active leadership of three teams: talent acquisition, organizational development, and the MGM University. He is also charged with the strategic role of defining and developing organizational measures to gauge the success of human capital development initiatives and employee engagement. Christopher joined MGM Resorts after six years with Kaiser Permanente Health Plan and Hospitals, where he was the Northwest region’s director of learning and organizational development.

Christopher has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and Spanish from Knox College and a master of arts degree from Golden Gate University. He is completing a doctoral degree in organizational leadership.
