Why lead an international delegation to ATD 2015?

ATD supports international attendees, groups, and delegations that attend the ATD International Conference & Exposition. With a minimum of five paid participants, delegations benefit from reduced registration rates. They also receive one free registration for every 10 paid registered attendees, special recognition, and delegation acknowledgment during an ATD International event.

Sr. Director, ATD

Wei Wang is the director of International at ATD. In this capacity, she manages ATD International strategic partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community. Wei’s other role at ATD is manager of the global perspectives topic. In this role, she supports professionals around the world for them to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues.

Wei holds a PhD in human resource development from the Pennsylvania State University, and a master's degree in management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Wei speaks Mandarin and English.
