Wagner Denuzzo is responsible for the worldwide IBM management development portfolio with a focus on the end-to-end manager experience, from aspiring IBMers to experienced managers and leaders. Wagner has been a leadership and organizational development consultant, executive coach, and management expert for more than 15 years. He applies a multi-disciplinary approach to manager development by integrating talent management strategy, cultural transformation, change, innovation, collaboration, employee engagement, and leadership for greater business impact. Prior to joining IBM, Wagner worked with Fortune 500 companies as an independent leadership consultant. At IBM he has held other roles in HR, including talent management leader for GBS, and HR business partner for the financial sector in GBS. Born and raised in Brazil, Wagner is fluent in Portuguese and specializes in change leadership.
