Bindu Vinodhan is the global head of learning and development (the WNS Learning Academy) at WNS Global Services. As the head of learning and development, Bindu has played a pivotal role in turning the WNS Learning Academy into a key differentiator for the company.
An accomplished professional with almost two decades of experience in learning and development, Bindu has worked with many leading brands. Prior to WNS, Bindu was associated with Vodafone, first as head of learning and development, and subsequently as the organizational effectiveness and change leader. She was instrumental in designing and developing capability solutions for next-generation leaders, and drove sustainable change interventions focused on high-impact business results.
In the initial phases of her career, Bindu held positions with Bank of America Continuum Services, Hewlett Packard (formerly EDS), Intelenet Global Services, Tracmail India, Aptech, and NIIT. She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in electronics and telecom from Mumbai University, India; and a master’s degree in education, specializing in learning technology from Oxford University.
