Arzu is a learning and development manager at Teknosa. She has assisted many companies with her development expertise. Arzu began her career as a trainee at the Holiday Inn Express in Istanbul. She then worked as a research analyst in PIAR-Gallup. In 1992, she worked as a training specialist with Oriflame Cosmetics, and moved on to become a regional sales manager and later the sales development manager. Arzu became the sales and marketing manager with Multinet in 1999. She worked as a training and PR manager for M&M Cosmetics, and served as a division manager in Avon Cosmetics between 2004 and 2005. Arzu joined Teknosa in 2005, and currently serves as the learning and development manager with Teknosa Academy.
Arzu is a member of ASTD, Peryön. She is also the vice president of TEGEP. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Middle East Technical University and a master’s degree in tourism management from Istanbul University. She also earned a degree in international marketing from the Institute of Commercial Management.
Revna Besler the director of human resources at Teknosa. She completed the "Business Strategy for Human Resources Leaders" program in 2009 at INSEAD University, France. Starting her career as training assistant at Intercon in 1993, she was a human resources associate at Lafarge-Turkey between 1996 and 2000, and the human resources manager at Danone SA (Sales and Logistics Group) from 2000 to 2001. Revna continued her career as human resources director at Schering-Plough through 2001 and 2009. After the merger of Schering-Plough with Merck Sharp Dohme (MSD), she was appointed as MSD Turkey's human resources director. Later in 2012, she joined Sabanci Holding, Turkey's leading industrial and financial conglomerate as the HR director. After two years of headquarter experience, she became the head of HR of TeknoSA, the top company in technology retail in Turkey. Revna has one child and has been a board member of Peryon since 2008.
