Richard H. Sites is vice president of client services at Allen Interactions. He has spent the past 15 years designing and implementing web-based training and tools to support improved workplace performance. His efforts have been in both academia and private industry, including working with many Fortune 500 companies. He is vice president of client services for Allen Interactions Inc., where he is responsible for promoting value-driven consulting and design throughout all Allen Interactions's partnerships. He holds a doctorate of education from the University of West Florida along with a master's of education and a bachelor's of business administration.

Angel Green is a senior instructional strategist for Allen Interactions’s Tampa studio, where she is responsible for providing consultation and instructional design expertise to clients, partnering to build engaging, interactive learning experiences. With nearly 15 years of experience, Angel has worked for organizations such as IBM, MetLife, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and holds both MS and BS degrees from Florida State University. An accomplished speaker, Angel has held positions as an adjunct instructor of public speaking and is past president of a Toastmasters International chapter. She also frequently writes on Allen Interactions’s e-Learning Leadership blog.
