He is the author of Corporate Imagination Plus, the first book on how to put creativity into strategic planning. His forthcoming book, Rock Your Industry: Lead Waves of Innovation While the Competition Makes Ripples, will be published this winter.

Jim specializes in strategic innovation and planning,  Six Sigma, execution excellence, and leadership development. Jim delivers executive education programs at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a variety of other universities. He has a BE in chemical engineering from Villanova University, an MS in management science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and  an MBA from NYU.
