David is practice area lead for Digital Fluency, one of the 4 critical competencies within the TMA World portfolio - developing skills and behaviours for us to succeed in todays ever connected business world - the Borderless workplace - where we have the need to communicate, meet, present, sell virtually
He is also responsible for managing TMA World’s virtual training capabilities, ensuring world class instructional design and facilitation of TMA World's Critical 4 Curriculum.
He is a regular speaker at ATD’s TechKnowledge ATD International Conference & Expositions, and other global training events on the subject of live online learning and how organizations can leverage the learning technologies of today.
One of his greatest achievements was leading a group of 18 multilingual European facilitators in delivering sales training to a group of 10,000 account managers and 2,500 business managers over a 3-month period using virtual classroom technologies.
David brings passion and drive to any training commitment, believing fully in Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's philosophy: "Knowing is not enough; you must apply. Willing is not enough; you must do!"
