Dr. Kauffman is a Product Manager in DDI’s Executive Solutions group and works with organizations in the assessment, selection, development, and coaching of leaders ranging from Director Level to CEO. He is an expert in organizational talent strategy, executive assessment, and executive development and has worked across industries on these programs.
