Jamie Dalferes has worked in learning and development for over 20 years in industries including hospitality, healthcare, tech, and real estate. She is currently the Director of Enterprise Learning and Development for Cencora a Fortune 10 company playing a key role in pharmaceutical distribution. Jamie has Masters degrees in Educational Technology and Organizational from Texas Tech. Go Raiders! She lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband, three kids, two dogs and a cat.
