Dr. David Ealy has 20+ years of experience within Talent Development, specializing in Learning Management Systems (LMS) technologies. This experience includes LMS selection, implementation, optimization, migration, and advanced reporting and administration. David even built a SCORM-conformant LMS for a Fortune 500 company. He has performed learning technology consulting for such clients as Intuit, Cisco, DaimlerChrysler, Ryder Systems, Sun Microsystems, Volkswagen, and many more. David is also a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Developer and Learning Project/Program Manager.

David holds a Master's degree in Safety Management and a Doctorate in Technology Education from West Virginia University. He is also PMP Certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI). David lives in Lancaster, PA.
