She has a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative and influential learning programs that align with business goals and organizational strategies, creating change and enhancing people’s skills. While working with Hilti, she and her team won several prestigious awards, including an Innovation in Learning Award, a Learning Technologies Award, four Brandon Hall awards, and two APEX awards in the past six years. She is a recognized thought leader and contributor to the L&D community.
