Craig works with global and regional clients to consult on learning requirements, architect learning solutions and promote modern learning techniques to provide engaging learner experiences. He specializes in analyzing existing programs to identify areas where improvements can be made to improve the learner experience. An example of this is taking substantial classroom-based programs and moving them to outcomes-based curricula encompassing online learning, virtual classroom, ‘on-the-job’ learning and experiential workshops.
Craig has worked extensively with global financial institutions to create key leadership learning programs, as well as role-based learning success summaries and learner journeys, for several key risk roles. In addition, he provides thought leadership both internally and externally around modern learning techniques such as design thinking, journey design, and event-based learning.
