Cassie Roeder leads Fluor University Operations. Her responsibilities include interfacing with the Fluor University Council and College Deans, course development, global training coordinators liaison, budget and financial control and Dean of the College of General Studies. Cassie leads Global Video Distance Learning throughout Fluor supporting all business lines in the development of employees.

Cassie’s previous experience includes 15 years of human resources, logistics, customer service, and coordination experience in manufacturing.
