Lyndsey Karp is an Employee Development Strategist at Bridge by Instructure. Her mission is to keep the human elements of work alive in an increasingly technological world. Every day, she guides organizations through the implementation of employee development initiatives, helps them to solve organizational development puzzles, and coaches them on instructional design and training best practices. Lyndsey has a background in training and development and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from Temple University. When she's not training people, Lyndsey is dedicated to training her rescue dog to be the best behaved pup at the park (he still has a long way to go).
