Susan has 10 years of EHS leadership experience including development and management of EHS programs at a site, business, and as an industrial hygiene program leader. She has a Master of Health Science (Environmental Health Science & Industrial Hygiene) from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Environmental Science and Policy Biology) from Hartwick College.

Susan’s key areas of expertise are:

• Led global organization with 20+ facilities in implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety Programs including the deployment of Gensuite throughout the organization for managing incidents, compliance tasks, and inspections and actions follow up in coordination with unique management systems strategy focused on compliance assurance, injury reduction, and employee engagement activities for risk reduction.
• Gensuite Application Knowledge- Industrial Hygiene & Safety Modules (LOTO, Permit to Work, Ergo Facilitator & Evaluator), Compliance Assurance- Action Tracking System, Inspection Tool, Compliance Calendar and Incident Management- Incidents & Metrics and Concern Reporting, Chemical Management- SDS System
• Involved with original team facilitating design of the Industrial Hygiene Risk Assessment & Industrial Hygiene module continuous improvement.
• Extensive background in EHS management, along with experience in Quality, Security and Lean Six Sigma and the use of Gensuite in these disciplines.
