Dr. Marlene Dunne has been consulting for over twenty-five years. She has an 22-year history with SHL and currently serves in the role of Director, Solutions Design within the Americas region. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of assessment programs for the purposes of high-potential identification and development. During her impressive tenure with SHL, she has done considerable work in leadership development with senior executives and managers to include assessment, feedback, coaching and development planning. She specializes in the customization and adaptation of assessment systems and tools for specific local environments and has partnered with international colleagues to localize and manage a number of multi-national assessment programs across the Americas and Europe. Dr. Dunne earned her M.A. in Personality and Social Psychology from Rhode Island College and earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology where she received the Gaudet Award for best doctoral dissertation in Applied Psychology.
