David Forman’s career spans four decades, during which he has authored multiple books and articles, including the most recent best-seller Fearless HR. As President of Spectrum Interactive in Boston, he directed this $40 million learning systems integrator, working with such clients as IBM, FedEx, Apple, Target, DuPont, Ford, Microsoft, American Express, and Deloitte. As Executive Vice President of Wave Technologies, David led a creative team that revamped traditional training offerings to include interactive e-learning platforms, collaborative assignments, and multi-level, advanced simulations---all leading to record sales for five straight years. As Chief Learning Officer for The Human Capital Institute for more than a decade, he designed and developed courses on world-class talent practices that have been taken by more than 20,000 business leaders on five continents.
