Neville Samuell is an engineer, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner with a never-ending curiosity for building websites, apps, robots, teams, and companies. As the VP of Data at Degreed, Neville leads the data engineering team that collects and analyzes all of Degreed's data to help internal teams, clients, and partners make better decisions about their business. In his previous role as the CTO of Pathgather, he led the development of their enterprise learning experience platform up to the successful acquisition by Degreed in 2018. A Waterloo Mechatronics Engineering graduate, he is now on a mission to make data understandable so he can help the learning and talent industry leverage data to transform the way the world thinks about skills.
