As Learning Services Director, Nick is accountable for delivering specialist capability in the areas of learning design, innovation and technology, and leading the upstream learning modernization and transformation agenda. His team supports the development and delivery of technical learning for a diverse and globally dispersed population of c. 20,000 people and manages BP’s flagship Learning Centres in Sunbury (UK) and Houston (USA).
