Mike oversaw Manager Development at Facebook, driving content strategy and delivery of learning programs for people managers globally. He has previously overseen Facebook's new hire onboarding and professional development programs and was the non-technical learning liaison for Facebook's technical organizations.Prior to joining Facebook, Mike was the Director of Microsoft Client Services for Intrepid Learning Solutions, where he managed a global team of facilitators charged with delivering Microsoft's Employee & Manager Development programs. In addition to managing the team, he delivered dozens of sessions per year of popular programs like Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership II, Influencer and Egonomics. He has held similar senior L&D positions at Washington Mutual Bank and Intel Corporation.Mike holds a BA in Organizational Communication from CSU, Sacramento and a Master's in HR/OD from the University of San Francisco.
