Rob Lauber is the Senior Vice President and Chief Learning Officer of McDonald's Corporation. He leads the development and execution of talent development and learning strategy for 35,000 restaurants worldwide. Previously, he lead learning direction and strategy as Vice President of Yum! University at Yum! Brands, Inc. He is a former chair of the Board of Directors of ATD and has received multiple awards and honors, including Chief Learning Officer's 2013 CLO of the Year.
