Mike Kessler is the Chief Learning Officer for BAE Systems Inc. In his role he has accountability for management and leadership development, organization development (team solutions) compliance training and aligning all learning throughout the US based organization. Prior to assuming that role, Mike was Director, Organization Development where he was responsible for assessing organization development needs for senior clients, developing and aligning solutions to address core business issues and evaluating the impact of organization development efforts on improving business performance.

Mike joined BAE Systems in November, 2011 from Fannie Mae where he was a Director of Human Resources with accountability for talent acquisition, HR policies and procedures and business process outsourcing. Previously, Mike was the Senior Director of Human Capital for the American Red Cross National Headquarters with accountability for HR legal compliance, vendor management, talent acquisition and EEO/Affirmative Action. Mike holds a Masters of Education from George Mason University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
