For the past several years at CCL, George has led innovation efforts behind several CCL solutions including Lead 4 Success, Better Conversations Every Day, and several workshop kits. In his current role as Consultative Solutions – Global Content Lead, he has the responsibility for ensuring that the breadth and depth of CCL’s world-class content is strategically aligned, configured to meet the needs of clients, and utilized in the most efficient and effective manner. Prior to CCL, George joined Lominger International, which was later acquired by Korn/Ferry. Over the course of almost 8 years, he had an opportunity to guide the evolution and enhancement of several of the products originally created by Mike Lombardo and Bob Eichinger and led the creation of several new products, especially in the area of learning agility. An extended assignment in Singapore gave him the opportunity to gain insight into key leadership and talent issues in the APAC region.

George has authored or co-authored 8 books including Learning Agility: Unlock the Lessons of Experience. He has written numerous white papers and journal articles and been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek Online, and CLO Magazine. He regularly participates in other thought leadership efforts including speaking engagements, webinars, and blogging.
