With a passion for fostering growth and excellence in individuals and organizations, he entered the talent development field in 2016 and has since become an organizational leader focused on leadership development, performance management, instructional design and assessment, and knowledge management within the financial services sector.

After joining the national and Kentuckiana chapters of ATD, Jeremy marked his commitment to continuous learning and professional advancement by earning the APTD credential in 2020 and the distinguished CPTD credential in 2022. These served as building blocks for leading organizational objectives related to learning and professional growth and led to the development of a team of specialists that he manages.
