Eliza Blanchard is a content manager at ATD, where she creates and curates content on instructional design, training delivery, measurement and evaluation, and managing the learning function. She also develops products and programs and plans events for talent development professionals. Prior to joining ATD, Eliza worked at a nonprofit consulting firm that helped organizations develop diversity and inclusion initiatives focusing on religion as an aspect of identity. Eliza earned her Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification in 2018.
