Shermaine Perry is an employee development specialist with Fulton County Government, an organization that provides services to over one million residents. Shermaine is responsible for designing curriculum, project management, and providing strategic consultation to departmental leaders around learning and department needs. Her primary focus is developing curriculum for first-line supervisors and managers, but she also designs microlearning solutions to energize compliance training across the organization.
Shermaine obtained a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a master’s degree from Strayer University. In addition to obtaining her Associate Professional in Talent Development certification in 2018, Shermaine has achieved the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification- Bronze Level. She has traveled throughout Asia and the West Indies, and she has lived and studied in Europe and the Middle East.
