Peter Casebow is CEO and co-founder of GoodPractice, which provides innovative online leadership and management performance solutions. The company currently provides performance support and e-learning to around 2 million leaders and managers globally, including 250 of the United Kingdom’s leading organizations.

Formerly head of strategic communication at the Royal Bank of Scotland, his successful track record includes 20 years in banking, training, HR, and communication. Peter is a Chartered Banker and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, a member of the Institute of Directors, and holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University. He’s also a qualified mountain leader and volunteers as an outdoor instructor with young people.
