Priyanka Coats is a training and development specialist with Shelter Insurance. She facilitates and develops management training, employee training, and claims training. She has been with Shelter for more than 12 years, more than three of which were spent in Oklahoma City as a casualty adjuster. Priyanka has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She recently earned the certified professional in learning and performance credential, sponsored by the Association for Talent Development.
