Leanne has been working in clinical research for 11 years, particularly focusing on training for the last eight years. System training has been her forte, working to make technical training easy and accessible to all users with different levels of knowledge and experience. Since 2011, Leanne's primary focus has been on the modality of using a virtual world for training; adapting training content to the 3D model, coaching trainers and trainees to embrace this emerging training method and integration of the new training solution at departmental and global levels.
