Artificial intelligence (AI) for law firms is a hot topic these days, and for good reason: AI has the potential to save legal professionals time and money. AI technologies hold the promise of automating the mundane aspects of practicing law, allowing lawyers to focus on more interesting, high level analytical tasks. However, AI software has a way to go before it becomes both useful and affordable for small and medium-sized firms. The good news is that you don’t need AI software to get started with automating a law practice. There are a host of tools already in existence that will automate law firm's processes. In this talk you'll learn about technologies that will help streamline law firms, whether you’re looking to automate document assembly, billing and invoicing processes, or case to-dos and deadlines.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the current state of AI technologies for law firms and how they can be effectively utilized in small and medium-sized practices.
  • Explore various tools and software solutions that can streamline and automate key aspects of a law firm's operations, such as document assembly, billing, invoicing, case management, and deadline tracking.
  • Gain insights into the future trajectory of AI in the legal field and how it will transform the practice of law, enabling legal professionals to better anticipate and adapt to emerging technologies and their impact on the profession.
