Holly Batts is associate director of ATD's Certification Institute and has more than 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Her background in developing and maintaining certification programs includes mid- to high-stakes assessments, extensive work with organizing SMEs, and a thorough understanding of the certification process. Holly holds a master of science degree in organizational leadership as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) certifications.


Jason Durkee, CPTD

President, Idea Development

Jason Durkee, CPTD, is president of workplace learning and performance consulting firm Idea Development based in Tokyo and a director of ATD Japan. Since the 1990s, he's designed and delivered cross-cultural awareness, innovation and communication development programs to more than 40,000 participants in Asia. Idea Development is recognized as leader in learning transfer, dynamic training design, and effective use of technology in Japan. Jason regularly speaks at T&D related events in Asia and has published several books on business communication.


Sam Doerr
Sam Doerr

Producer, Idea Development

Sam Doerr, CPTD, is a Trainer, Facilitator, Media developer and virtual Producer for Idea Development in Tokyo, Japan. Since 2014 he has delivered cross-cultural communication training to companies based in Japan with trainees throughout the region. Idea Development is recognized as a leader in training design, transfer and delivery in Japan. Sam has also spoken at Focus on Performance Global L&D Conference in Stockholm, Sweden in 2019. He is also an improviser for the professional group Improvazilla in Tokyo."

Djan Angelo Capinpin

Consultant

Djan works as Training Manager for Pacific Cross Philippines, where he leads a cross-functional team responsible for sales enablement and learning strategies. He oversees sales capability development initiatives for all sales divisions all over the country,

In addition to holding the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential, Djan is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR UK) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.


Lalit Kumawat, APTD
Lalit Kumawat, APTD

Customer Facing Consultant, Danfoss Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Lalit Kumawat, APTD is a training professional with eleven years of experience, currently working as training consultant at Danfoss. Lalit specializes in training management and is responsible for identifying training requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop online courses, managing the learning management system, and localizing courses in different languages.Lalit is based out of India and graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University with a Master of Business Administration. In 2021, Lalit acheived the Associate Professional in Talent Develpoment (APTD) credential.
