The shifting workforce gives HR professionals a unique challenge: As the workforce becomes more diverse, what can you do to ensure greater diversity, and more importantly, inclusion within your organization? Gallup found companies with more diverse teams have a 22 percent lower turnover rate. In this webcast, author Jennifer Brown breaks down why inclusion is vital in the workplace, while Autodesk’s Arezoo Riahi showcases how mentoring helped her organization automate a community of inclusion for women and other underrepresented minorities in its workforce.
